Lacey is our beautiful blue girl. She has striking features, very expressive eyes and her stack is awesome. She has big plans to be the Alpha Female of the house. Unfortunately for her, Lilo is almost twice her size. Maybe someday!
Lacey is the family comedian. She loves to always have the last word. When we are speaking to her, she will give a 'chuff', exaggerated yawn, or say ouw wow wow.
When it's time for her walk, she will gently take us by the hand and guide us to the door. Always respectful, all Dad has to say is "my seat" and she will jump off his corner of the couch!
In the morning, just before the 4:30 alarm, she puts her paws on the bed and stares with her sad eyes until we get up or let her in bed.
Although we allow our Danes on the family room furniture, they were very willing to accept boundaries. They never set foot on the living room furniture.
